Flavors and Ingredients
Our Sugar Cookies are made with flour, sugar, butter, eggs, baking powder, and vanilla.
Our Gingerbread Cookies are made with, flour, sugar, brown sugar, butter, eggs, molasses, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon. Our Chocolate Shortbread Cookies are made with, flour, butter, sugar, cocoa and vanilla.
Our Iced Photo Cookies are made with edible ink (food coloring) and icing sheets made of sugar. 
Both are FDA approved and Kosher Pareve. Our Decorators Icing is made of; cornstarch, egg whites, sugar, gum Arabic, calcium sulfate (milk product), citric acid, cream of tarter, silicon dioxide an artificial flavor (egg product).

Nuts
Our decorated cookies do not contain nuts, however as a precaution they are not recommended for those with food allergies.

Shelf Life
Our packaged cookies have a 30 day shelf life but are at their best within one - two weeks of receiving them.

Shipping Information
Our standard shipping is FedEx Ground.  If you need cookies guaranteed by a specific date we recommend up grading to another shipping option (i.e. overnight, 2-day, etc.).

Turnaround Time
Most orders are completed and shipped out in 2-4 days from the time the order is received.  Please specify delivery date in the special instructions portion of your order. 

Minimum Orders, Packaging
Our minimum order is 24, and you may select up to 3 different designs. All cookies are packaged in sealed cellophane bags with coordinating ribbon.  Specialty packaging is available for an additional fee.  We take great care in not only decorating our cookies, but also in packaging them.  We use sturdy cartons and plenty of bubble wrap. 

Payments Accepted
We accept credit card payments through Pay Pal.

Cancellation Policy
More than 2 weeks prior to your estimated ship date, you will receive a full refund. Less than 2 weeks prior to your estimated ship date, you will receive a 50% refund.  If your event cancels or reschedules 72 hours prior to your ship date we will hold on to your payment for a future date, provided production has not begun. If production has begun and we can’t utilize what has been started for another order, we will have to charge you the costs incurred.  Less than 48 hours (or no notice at all): No refund given.   All cancellations must be made by phone or email   Thank you for your understanding.
